The working temperature range the tubes are -20℃ to 60℃. So they will work just fine in 0℃.

No, you should bypass the existing ballast.

why don\'t you sell these in packs of 5 or 4... I need 24 ?
We don't sell this item in small pack because it's not good for transportation. The tubes are long and thin in small pack and it's easy to cause damage during transportation.

Does the t8 base fit in a t12 base?
