I would like to replace current florescent bulb that is dual-ends? Is this possible.
Yes,it's possible. Remove the ballast first and rewired the wires to single-power mode. In other words, all wires stay on the same side of the fixture with the other side having nothing but blank sockets to hold the bulb in place.
