Who should be responsible for the shipping cost when returning a product?
If the return reason is caused from customer side, such as buying by mistake, incorrected installation, no longer needed, the return shipping cost should be paid by customer. If the return reason is due to product defectiveness, LUMINOSUM will pay for the shipping cost.
Can I ask for a faster shipping service?
Yes, we offer Standard Shipping for free. You can also pay addtional shipping cost to upgrade to Expedited or Second Day shipping.
